“ This location was much better than the downtown location. Clean environment, great staff, and the ambience was fantastic. Staff was friendly and informative, and although they were extremely busy, no one was waiting long for their food and they were all hustling. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the Hawaiian roll and LA crunchy roll. ”
“ Love this place! It has a wonderful atmosphere and its very fun to dinein. Food is always great, and they have a very large and creative veganfriendly sushi roll section. I always order the Brussels Sprouts appetizer and can be persuaded to share with others. The cowgirl sushi roll is one of the weirdest but also best rolls Ive ever had, ever! The food comes out quickly and you can always add more things as you go. ”
“ Great Sushi in Westwood. What a find for a girls afternoon out. . Our food came from different parts of the kitchen based on what we ordeted with no issues. Our waiter was a delight. The margaritas were perfect and the Ceviche so fresh. The miso soup and sushi and raw fish were all so good and fresh. Im looking forward to returning. ”
“ We set a reservation but called to see if we could change it for a sooner time and they told us just to go ahead and come, we showed up and told them that and were seated immediately. The raspberry mojito was really good and it was on happy hour. All the vegan makis I tried were delicious! Some of them better than the others, I really liked the cowgirl there were out of bbq paper so I got soy paper which is okay bc I dont love bbq and the green goddess I added vegan cream cheese. The vegan miso soup was the star of the show though, very flavorful. The plant based tuna in one of my rolls was good! I was afraid it would taste like fish but our server said it is made with tomato and I really liked it! My boyfriend loved everything he got too, we will definitely be back. Tuesdays is 25 off all vegan makis so we chose a great day to come! ”
“ Not your average everyday sushi place! ... perhaps something of a sushi fusion when it comes to a few dishes looking at you Cowgirl, but a very wide variety of unique and delicious rolls! They have upped their game to about fifteen veg rolls, like the ShiitaketoMe, the Crunchy Cabbage Roll, and the Princes Roll. They use unique and flavorful ingredients like Seitan, teriyaki eggplant, Sriracha aioli, mango, and a number of tempura vegetables. There are a number of tasty appetizers too, like their uniquely seasoned edamame, lettuce wraps, and roasted Brussels Sprouts which comes in a delicious citrus sauce... They even have a few dessert options! Their staff has generally been very friendly and knowledgeable, they were great on our last visit. I have been eyeing the sushi boat for years but typically have only been there with one or two people, finally got around to ordering one a couple now! It was fun to share. Very simple, basically if you order at least 6 rolls and they have a boat available, you can request a sushi boat ... Which holds at most 9 rolls. The atmosphere is clean, pleasant, a bit modern and interestingly decorated. ”
“ this place is certainly built for dates and business dinners. the interior is one of those chic, modern styles with just enough cultural references to make it appear legitimate to its roots. the waiting staff we experienced were all professional, and the food is served stylishly. i would say the menu is certainly not traditional, but the flavors are appropriate for midwest america. quality is excellent fresh, wellproportioned, creative. the menu is also veganfriendly, so this was a hit for my friends and i, but i do enjoy omnivore offerings. be prepared to spend at least 20, even if you come during happy hour ends 600p ”
“ Our server Chance made it a great one. He was very kind and informative of the menu and explained it in great detail. He let us know that ordering a specific rollHawaiian Roll will come out at a different time due to being made in a different kitchen. We came at Happy Hour and it is a great time to go. We had so much food and it all was at a great price! I had the vibrant Dragon Fruit Lemonade, Mango Crab Rangoon, Charred Edamame, Tidal Wave Crunchy Blue, Hawaiian Roll, and the Crunchy L.A. The food was amazing and I was stuffed and did not leave room for dessert but will have to stop by again to try even more! ”
“ One of our favorite places to go! I much prefer this location over the one downtown. The food was delicious and the environment was great. Chance was our server, and he was the best! Would definitely recommend making a reservation during busier times we will definitely be back! ”
